The employee serves as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist in the Office of Human Resources. The employee will provide HR management consulting services in classification and position management to ensure continued deliverance of quality Human Resources programs.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience providing classification services and position management services to an organization to include applying classification standards and guides to a wide range of positions; conducting desk audits; determining FLSA exemption, bargaining unit status, position sensitivity, and cybersecurity; and participates in the development of policy, practices, and procedures.
Experience as a consultant to management, providing guidance and advice on HR issues.
Experience with electronic classification tools, tracking systems, PD library, share point sites, and other automated systems that facilitate the classification process.
