You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT within the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.

Duties

You will serve as the Code 107 Property Management Deputy Division Head responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Code 107 Team Leads. You will conduct planning and analyses to develop strategies and workloads that ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction. You will be responsible to develop and analyze/evaluate metrics/trends for key processes. You will analyze the effectiveness of procedures and develop recommended solutions and/or process/policy improvements for Procurement, Supply Management, and Asset Management implementation. You will plan for and authorize changes to budget and balances resources to provide for the optimum mix of resources needed to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band, NT-04 (GS-11/12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing government property to ensure compliance with established property management policies and procedures.
