You will serve as a MANAGER in the Customer Advocacy Department of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
Duties
You will serve as the Deputy and assist the Department Head executing a full range of managerial and supervisory responsibilities and performing the full duties and responsibilities of the position in the absence of the Department Head.
You will assist in managing succession plan development, continuous process improvement strategy and initiatives, workforce shaping, business area health assessments, contracting strategies, and department/command strategic plan development.
You will coordinate a wide range of functional subject matter to respond to higher authority requests for
data, prepare documentation, analyze data, establish policy and execute procedures.
You will establish a system of management controls to provide reasonable assurance that programs and functions meet mission objectives and operate effectively and efficiently.
You will provide leadership with alternatives, solutions, and proposed courses of action as well as assist the
department and Command in both business and technical capability health and performance assessments.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13 and GS-14 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and executing key resource plans and strategic objectives to meet technical and business operational requirements for an undersea system or program.
