You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aurcraft Division, Air Systems Group, Logistics Department, Technical Data Division, Logistics Product Customer Service Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will Research and provide the proper course of action required for Baseline Trouble Reports submitted by the fleet.
You will verify and validate data after updates and changes are made IAW authoritative data sources.
You will attend meetings such as, Maintenance Plan and Technical Directive Reviews and provide input on Program Office Data development issues.
You will assist in the training of other Baseline Managers.
You will analyze data such as, exceptions reports to identify improper maintenance reporting and provide that information to the activities for corrective action.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.)Knowledge of the NALCOMIS OOMA application to ensure platform baseline data definition is in accordance with the planned NALCOMIS OOMA system architecture. 2.)The incumbent will have extensive knowledge of Navy weapon systems, such as aircraft, engines, SE and MME to include all related components and understanding operational requirements of logistics functions. Incumbent will use their knowledge to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations. 3.) The incumbent will know the procedures for baseline analysis and physical data load for assigned aircraft and related equipment. 4.) The incumbent will have a working knowledge of Configuration Management Module. 5.) The incumbent will be familiar with TEC/WUC, part number Cage code combinations, ALSS, SE, MME, PMIC, MRC and TD information and where to obtain the authoritative data sources to build the baseline.
