This position is located in Chief Information Officer Organization (CIOO), Infrastructure and Operations Services Branch (IOSB) and is responsible for managing the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program.

Duties
Leads the integration of the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Program area into other program areas and assesses impacts of solutions developed to address integration and interoperability issues.
Serves as technical authority and ICAM advisor to the HSPD-12 Program.
Develops recommendations in the ICAM program area that influence important agency or division IT policies and inter-related programs.
Performs regular briefings to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) where the scope, progress, and timelines of the project are conveyed.
Serves as Technical Monitor for the ICAM contract and provides regular updates to the Oversight Manager (OM) and immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CG/GS-14 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience managing a Federal Agency’s Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program, including serving as technical authority and key ICAM advisor, developing ICAM strategy and roadmap, developing ICAM program recommendations, and partnering in the development of ICAM policy to meet Federal ICAM architecture and guidelines.
You must have Information Technology (IT)-related experience which demonstrates proficiency in each of the following competencies:

• Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
