As a Deputy CFC Director & Senior Compliance Officer at the GS-0301-15, you will be part of MSAC CFC,Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for advising the CFC Director on all aspects of rules, regulations and polices related to the CFC and for daily operations and compliance aspects of the program.
Duties
Serve as a technical advisor to senior leadership and other stakeholders on all aspects of rules, regulations policies and media issues relating to the efficient and effective implementation of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) program. Provides advice, counsel, or instruction to individual employees, internal departments, contractors, charities, federations, and governing committees on both technical, ethical, and administrative matters.
Qualifications
For the GS 15: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level (or equivalent) that includes experience: utilizing the laws, policies, rules, regulations, and precedents that support activities of non-profit communities to plan and conduct projects to improve operational effectiveness; experience in senior level management or leadership roles involving the not-for-profit community as it relates to workplace giving activities (must include the development of requirements and application of state-of-the art technology designed to increase donor participation and fund-raising results); and experience analyzing data to develop strategies towards implementing expanded donor engagement in government organizations; or evaluating programs and making recommendations to resolve problems; or serving as a liaison between intergovernmental organizations and relations with groups outside of the government including charities, contractors, media, and other regulators; or preforming a variety of administrative support activities in support of non-profit communities.
