Duties
Plan analysis review and execution in all functional program areas related to mobilization, training, deployment, redeployment, and demobilization planning and execution within the TSB, and its subordinate Battalions.
Provide overall complex technical expertise and performance of highly sensitive mobilization functions for the TSB.
Compile and prepare after-action-reports which must include an analysis of efficiency, effectiveness, problem identification, and recommendations for improvements and changes.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Incumbent is deployable, and could be required to travel in foreign areas, therefore incumbent must maintain physical and other civilian deployment requirements.
- Incumbent is subject to be placed on-call during emergency operations.
- Incumbent may be required to work weekend, holiday and extended hours, including up to 12-hour shifts.
- Incumbent must attend and successfully complete the TRADOC Mob and Deployment course within 1 year of assignment to this position.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience in Army administrative & personnel systems; utilizing integrated systems to plan and execute mobilization of COMPO II & III units; experience with Training, Readiness, Oversight programs; familiarity with Title 10 and Title 32 mobilization authorities, profiles, and MED/DEN Soldier Readiness Processes; and developing concept plans to meet Army training requirements and validations process. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11)
