About the Position: The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12 to 13. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.
Duties
Ensures that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.
Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
Monitors and reports on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress and reviewing completed work to see that the supervisor's instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality have been met.
Reviews and provides input to the acquisition or ILS plans, interpreting policy/regulatory guidance, and its impact on the Centers' logistics responsibility.
Gathers and analyzes data for inclusion in quarterly Command review and analysis ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Center and Command objectives.
Conducts studies to analyze existing depot procedures and recommend improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

- Secret Security clearance required.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logisitics certification within 48 months as of entrance on duty

Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02). Specialized experience: Experience establishing metrics to track and report team progress in meeting established milestones and deadlines. Experience applying logistics management concepts to support, plan and coordinate the implementation of life cycle logistics programs. Experience analyzing weapon system performance indicators/metrics to detect trends and isolate causes for declining performance. Experience analyzing and interpreting policy, regulatory guidance, and acquisition/ ILS plans.
