About the Position: The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12 to 13. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.

Duties

Develop Standard Request for Information (RFI) Packages for non PEO/PM managed items to include pricing and availability; capabilities, specs and performance data using a Total Package Approach (TPA). Develops Letter of Offer and Acceptance Data (LOAD) for Basic cases, Amendments, Modifications, Pricing and Availability cases and enters data into Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). Coordinate with contractor entities as appropriate to glean required price and availability data to address applicable Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE). Participate in contract audits as required. Process/issue Army requisitions to support Non-Standard Acquisition Program /(SNAP)/ Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for responsible weapons systems and commodities. Perform Logistics Support tasks and Perform Security Assistance Financial Reviews.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• One-year probationary period may be required.
• Secret Security clearance required.
• This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics certification within 36 months as of entrance on duty.
