As a Management & Program Analyst, you will:
Perform analysis and monitoring of Housing's succession plan, management plans and Business and Operating Plan goals.
Provide technical advice to all Housing managers and employees to ensure that organizational infrastructures, policies, processes and procedures are most effective.
Plan, schedule and facilitate initiatives within schedules and priorities established by higher management.
Conduct special cost-benefit analyses, studies, reports, surveys, inquiries and evaluations.
Develop work plans to achieve stated goals, identify and secure needed resources, establish target dates, and produce final product.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience for the GS-14 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of program operations; AND
Conducting projects and studies for Housing Programs to analyze and evaluate work processes functions relevant to organization goals and operations objectives, and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations reporting finding and providing written recommendation to management officials; AND
Coordinating analyses of data and program challenges for a program office concerning workforce planning strategies and services.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
