About the Position:
This position is located with 200th Military Police Command, Mission Support Element, Fort Meade, MD.
Duties
Oversee actions, permissions, and reporting within the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
Manage and administer the Defense Travel System (DTS), Government Travel Card Program, Centralized Billing Accounts (CBA) for air travel and ticketing reconciliation, and Regional Level Application Software (RLAS).
Manage and administer the Resource Management Tool (RMT), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), and funds control for Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) for the Command, providing training and guidance to staff throughout the Command on each system.
Oversee the distribution of allotment to programs based on available Program Budget Guidance and program spend plans.
Facilitate budget review and validation discussions, work groups, and operations for formulation of future fiscal year financial requirements.
Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the G-8 and exercise control in such areas as Budget Formulation and Execution, Force Structure, Force Modernization, audit readiness, and USAR pay throughout the Command.
Manage and supervise the execution of all financial management programs for the Command.
Develop policies, programs, and systems for increasing efficiency and economy of Command resource management
Coordinate the preparation of budgetary ceilings for staff and Command elements.
Exercise supervision over the daily activities of a full-time staff which includes both military and civilian employees and contractors assigned to assist in carrying out the functions of the unit.
Develop performance standards and evaluate work performance of subordinates.
Requirements

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes work that involves coordinating and maintaining fiscal, accounting, and budget services; advising management on available budget resources; comparing program requirements with available funds; monitoring funds usage; and interpreting and implementing accounting standards and policies.
