This position is in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Technology and Innovation (T&I), Enterprise Platforms Team (EPT), Legal Technology Support Team (LTST). The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice, assistance and technical support for the Office of Enforcement's various processes and systems supporting investigations and litigation, including those related to electronic discovery.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. To qualify at the CN-60 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the CN-53 level in the Federal Service. (For qualification purposes,the CN-53 level is broadly equivalent to the GS-13 level). For this position specialized experience is defined as: Providing advice, assistance, and technical support in electronic discovery processes and systems to support investigations and litigation of an organization; AND Assisting in the management of electronic data and document collections and the operation of eDiscovery systems; AND Managing projects involving the development and implementation of eLaw solutions to meet an organization's information system requirements; AND Performing document data analytics and utilizing advanced artificial intelligence tools to facilitate and prioritize document review by litigation teams. In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services 3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. 4.Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. CFPB uses an experience-based process to set pay for employees. Experience is evaluated and credited using the employee's résumé.
