As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will:
Oversee all Multifamily program technical training activities for field staff, including, but not limited to; the assessment of training needs; development of training plans and strategies; management and training budget; and development, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of training.
Direct the management and coordination of headquarters and field reorganization initiatives and the evaluation of processes and performances of field offices; Identify issues which negatively impact the ability of offices to efficiently and effectively meet established goals and objectives, recommending solutions and corrective strategies.
Monitor operations and coordinates problems resolutions.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
Analyzing a variety of field or program office administrative operations (e.g. budgeting, performance management, procurement, personnel adjustments); AND
Analyzing the effectiveness of policies on program implementation; AND
Assisting with the development and implementation of the training plan and budget of a field or program office; AND
Working with federal housing insurance programs, federal housing assistance programs, or other affordable housing programs.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-15 you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
