This position is located at Texas Roadhouse on Fort Campbell, KY. This is a regular part-time position (20 hours) with eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plan. Duties

Performs “Hands-on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking and other duties. Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House. Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from waiter’s guest checks. Conducts inventory at beginning and/or end of shift. Provides administrative supervision to all employees, authorize employees to clock in and out; reports to functional supervisors on employee performance.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• A food handler’s certificate is required.
• Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Successful completion of either front of the House or Back of the House Franchisor specified training. Ability to work weekends and evenings as scheduled.
• A physical is required.
• Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages. (Age requirement to serve/sell alcoholic beverages in the state of Kentucky is 18 years old)

Qualifications

At least one year of experience effectively working in a fast paced, stressful environment at a large Name Brand Casual Dining restaurant establishment. Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
