About the Position: The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12 to 13. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.

Duties

Ensures that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services. Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion. Monitors and reports on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress and reviewing completed work to see that the supervisor's instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality have been met. Resolves simple, informal complaints of employees and refers to others, such as formal grievances and appeals, to the supervisor or an appropriate management official. Serves as a Lead Integrated Logistics Support Manager responsible for ensuring the development of all elements of ILS for assigned systems. Develops the initial ILS Plans for the assigned system(s) and oversees the development of other logistics planning documents by Government and/or contractor organizations. Applies knowledge and experience in program/budget control and broad technical knowledge of communication concepts, techniques, practices, equipment, systems, and an intensive knowledge of maintenance requirements procedures and interrelationships.

• This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics certification within 48 months as of entrance on duty.
• Secret Security clearance required.
• One year Probationary period may be required.
• This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time.
