Duties
Performs all budgetary processes and administrative duties in support of an office mission.
Analyzes and reconciles the availability and proprietary use of funds on various financial documents. Reviews documents for validity budget expenditure limitations, completeness and correctness of data.
Verifies budgetary reports for accuracy and takes appropriate action to correct inaccurate data. Assists in the preparation of annual budget submission and requirements.
Serves as liaison in effecting and carrying out certain actions that may involve matters of funding, personnel, billing, travel, etc.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an ANACI (Secret) Investigation
- PER AR 380-67, NON-US CITIZENS WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED ANACI (SECRET) INVESTIGATION, THEREFORE, WILL BE UNABLE TO QUALIFY UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
- Subject to satisfactory competition of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 3 background investigation.
Qualifications
Demonstrated work experience that included practical knowledge of operating budgets and fund control principles, practices and applicable regulatory procedures.
Work experience must have equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay grade level.
