Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICIATIONSMust possess basic knowledge of fitness activities and customer service.Ability to communicate orally and in writing using tact and courtesy.A minimum of six months related fitness experience or progressively responsible work, which indicates the ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position.CPR and First Aid certification required or the ability to obtain within one month from the date of hire.May be required to obtain government drivers' license.The ability to read and interpret guidelines pertaining to facility operation, which are directly applicable to MCCS policies.
