Requirements

Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=Group-Standards KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative and technical programs to gather data, identify significant factors, and recommend a sound solution from a number of possible alternatives. 2. Skill in preparing charts, papers, presentations for organizing and delivering briefings to stakeholders for mutual understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations. 3. Knowledge of missions, functions, goals, objectives, work practices pertinent to Center programs/organizations that govern, integrate, and/or influence the acquisition mission. 4. Skill in planning and/or organizing a project/study, to include estimating any associated budget/costs, coordinating with team members and/or stakeholders to accomplish all phases of the project/study. 5. Ability to refine existing work methods and techniques to conduct analysis of specific issues or resolve of problems. Ability to gather, plan, organize and direct their own work and develop alternatives, and make recommendations to resolve problems.
