You will serve as a Supervisor Program Analyst in the Information Warfare (IW) Education and Training Directorate (N7) of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.
Duties
You will provide technical and policy guidance to numerous military, civilian and contractor Training Officers and Program Managers.
You will provide counseling for employees and participate in the development of Individual Development Plans for personnel.
You will identify developmental and training needs.
You will ensure the proper handling and protection of classified information, unclassified sensitive information, and personnel privacy sensitive information.
You will plan, review, consolidate, and analyze input from supporting and supported Commanders.
You will be responsible for establishing Navy Cyberspace and CMF Education, Training, Readiness, and Training Requirement policies and practices, and assessing and implementing unit level training readiness for Navy Cyberspace and CMF across the DOD.
You will analyze and advise management on the evaluation, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Navy Cyberspace and CMF Education, Training, and Readiness program to meet the requirements of DoD, DoN, CUSFF, Commander, and U.S. Pacific Fleet (CPF).
You will analyze and advise management on the evaluation, effectiveness, and efficiency of the U.S. Cyber Command (USCC), National Security Agency (NSA), Commander, Fleet Cyber Command (CFCC) and other cognizant authorities.
You will represent Naval Information Forces at high-level, Navy-wide, and Joint Service planning meetings and conferences.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
.Experience serving as a SME on all matters relating to Cyberspace and Certifications for all Navy Cyberspace and Cyber Mission Force (CMF) afloat, shore, and expeditionary commands Navy wide and Navy assigned CMF afloat, shore, and expeditionary command Navy wide. Experience developing, directing, and CMF Education, training, readiness, training requirements, assessments, and certifications for all Navy Cyberspace and CMF throughout the DOD.
