As a Supervisor, in the Office of Human Resources, Workforce Employment Division, you will lead a staff in a fast-paced, highly productive work environment. Duties
The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.
This position is eligible for maximum telework per agency and business unit discretion/policy.
This position is located in the Office of Human Resources, Workforce Employment Division, Trademark Corporate Office (TMCO) Division.
The position serves as a first level supervisor, planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Branch.

Specialized Experienceis experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-13.
Specialized experience for this position include experience supervising, managing or leading in a Federal Human Resources staffing (i.e. managing vacancies, classifying positions, assessing qualifications, sourcing resumes, etc.) operations environment (staff, workload and operations); experience planning, organizing, and being accountable for HR work projects; experience implementing change management practices for operational efficiency and effectiveness (designing quality improvements for HR processes, launching organizational-wide staffing and recruitment changes, etc.).
