Duties
The incumbent will serve as a Program Analyst for the Agreements Management Team. Responsible for preparing interagency agreements and other general administrative activities consistent with programmatic objectives. Interacts with clients to ensure agreement accuracy/completeness of documentation to facilitate preparing of agreements in compliance with federal law and regulations. Provides customer service to clients by listening to the agreement requirement and using automated systems to track agreement processing. Professionally communicates agreement status to supervisor and stakeholders. Provides support to other team members as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 (ZA-I for NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience reviewing administrative documents; experience researching and resolving customer issues; and experience using an automated tracking system.
OR
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related.
