You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM OFFICER / RECORDS MANAGER in the Office of Judge Advocate General (OJAG)Personnel Support & Program Administration (Code 60) ofNLSC.

Duties

You will develop and implement approaches, strategies, protocols, and philosophies for the successful execution of "front office" command level administration. You will have direct responsibility for management and oversight of all facets of the front office operations and processes. You will assist with conducting complex and comprehensive studies and monitoring accomplishments through completion of study, You will provide oversight of the records retention and disposition programs at commands and be responsible for coordination and the issuing of guidance of life-cycle management and disposition of records.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications

GS-11 Grade: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: 1) Assisting in managing projects including records and information; 2) Providing high-quality problem solving resolutions; and 3) Helping to determine objectives, setting priorities, and ensuring sound management processes, procedures, and control systems are in place and adhered to. GS-12 Grade: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: 1) Managing projects including records and information; 2) Providing high-quality problem solving resolutions; and 3) Determining objectives, setting priorities, and ensuring sound management processes, procedures, and control systems are in place and adhered to. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
