About the Position: Serve as the Management & Program Analyst managing functions within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C). Responsible for identifying complex business solutions in support of the DASA-FOI mission, increases efficiencies across the Army and facilitates efforts to right size the Army's financial information infrastructure.

Synthesizing the functional data and be able to present creative options for senior leaders in order to shape the Department of the Army’s way ahead.
Responsible for carrying out complex program development for all resource management aspects of the annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycle as it relates to the DASA-FOI program.
Manages all PPBES phases of the DASA-FOI reform efforts and provides technical advice and analytical support to division offices within the DASA-FOI who are engaged in identifying requirements, prioritizing resources, and executing reform efforts.
Coordinates with directorates and Army Financial Management and Comptroller offices to integrate estimates, complete assessments, and execute reform efforts.

- THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 3 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Developing programs for annual Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycle; advise on policy guidance and technical analysis of agency-wide reform efforts, data analysis, and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial management systems; advise on internal and external review of specific Program Objective Memorandum (POM) review data requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
