Duties
As a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst, some of your typical work assignments may include:

You must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level. Specialized experience is defined as: experience analyzing policies and procedures for a program office and making recommendations to address major impacts of proposed policies for a program office; overseeing and monitoring project activities in a supervisory or leadership role to include financial management and budgets, human resources advisory services, facilities management and operations, and contracts and procurement.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including any volunteer experience.
