This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DHA for Domestic DIB, MRTFB. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

You will perform candidate recruitment from a dynamic set of experience, skills, and backgrounds by performing analysis on the current and long term demands of the organization. You will, in coordination with management, develop standard operating procedures for administrative and other processes and work with appropriate resources to establish and interpret policies. You will collaborate with and provide guidance to management to identify training plans and other personnel development requirements. You will conduct analysis, interpret policies, and develop administrative procedures based on known policies and organizational needs. You will support planning of resource allocations and requirements, define organizational deficiencies, and resolve administrative issues. You will manage request for personnel actions, such as hiring and promotions, and provide administrative support and guidance in personnel performance management.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 or GS-5/8 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing resumes and performing candidate recruitment with respect to desired candidate traits and resource utilization; 2) Identifying training plans and other personnel development requirements; and 3) Assisting new personnel to understand the written and unwritten components of the organization's culture to promote morale, retention, and productivity. DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 or GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. A master's or equivalent graduate degree

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
