You will serve as the Director of Business & Strategic Operations and Acquisition in the Navy Aerial Targets Program Office of PEO CM and UAV JNT.
Duties
You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements information to develop requirements for program initiatives and planning.
You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress.
You will direct the preparation of documents, specifications, requirements, criteria, and standards that define needs and parameters of the program.
You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program Team effort and that of other participating services and agencies when involved.
You will provide management direction to IPT members and to other personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the assigned program.
You will manage requirements/ design tradeoffs and overall risk.
You will evaluate program documentation to ensure that needs of the program are consistent with sound business practices and the degree of risk involved.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Analyzing needs and synthesizing requirements information to develop requirements for program initiatives and planning. 2.) Directing the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress. 3.) Providing management direction to all IPT members and to other personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the assigned program. 4.) Managing requirements/design tradeoffs and overall risk.
