You will serve as a Public Works Resources and Assessment Director in the Public Works Business Line (PWBL) of NAVFAC OSF.
Duties
You will oversee centralized management of functions and processes that integrate resources - including funds, personnel, and data - across all PWBL Product Lines in order to maximize efficiency and increase efficacy of the PWBL.
You will perform as the PWBL's Lead for the advocacy and defense of resource requirements throughout the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) cycle.
You will oversee personnel actions through facilitation with HQ supervisors and NAVFAC Business Directorate Total Force specialists, including ensuring accurate HQ PW billet data through oversight of human resource actions affecting HQ positions.
You will perform as the PWBL Lead for enabling programs that support standardized, cross-Product Line business operations, specifically supply chain management and PW evaluations of processes or internal controls.
You will represent the PWBL in meetings and conferences, author persuasive and concise recommendations, and present stakeholder leadership with resource summaries, briefs, appeals and other documents on behalf of the PWBL.
You will serve as the PWBL Lead for the internal PWBL program that evaluates processes and internal controls.

- This position may require travel, up to 15%, from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
- Must be able to successfully complete all training courses identified on NAVFACNOTE 1500 mandatory training schedule annual notice within prescribed timeframe.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Serving as a Subject Matter Expert in budget development, execution, closeout, and balancing resources across multiple geographically dispersed organizations; 2. Applying data visualization software to analyze operational data and present findings and recommendations to leadership for planning and allocating resources; 3) Leading workforce management, staffing and recruitment, community management, talent management strategies, and mandatory training requirements; 4) Administering supply chain management functions and property management requirements; 5) Recognizing and influencing high level objectives, strategic goals and priorities to identify efforts and outcomes; and 6) Leading meetings, recording/tracking deliverables, preparing/delivering briefings, and communicating to stakeholders.
