You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the NON-DESTRUCTIVE EVALUATION BRANCH of the TEST & EVALUATION DIVISION in the RDT&E DEPARTMENT of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $145,617).

Duties

You will serve as the R35 Technical Project Manager (TPM) responsible for the execution, direction, and success of all major/complex projects within the branch. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding all aspects of project management to include funding, logistics, tracking, proposals, and acquisitions. You will work closely with the Program Customer Advocate (CA) in the development of long and short range plans.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating technical project requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
