Provides analysis and reporting for the Food Disclosure and Labeling Division, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of issues, coordinating with the Compliance and Enforcement Branch to track and monitor work, provides project management and coordination, and generates reports for management.
Duties
The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
The duties may include, but are not limited to: Support data quality and ongoing development of the CRM system as well as system operations after implementation.
Manage and maintain the Division SharePoint site and external website.
Serve as a liaison between The Food Disclosure and Labeling Division and internal technology development teams and external vendors to assess technological needs.
Support planning of IT tasks and deliverables required for the continued evolution of the customer relationship management system.
Provide Division support for issuing non-compliance notices by mail and email.
Provide technical assistance on records management for the Division.
Perform document management and obtains signatory approval for a variety of assignments such as rulemaking and document routing.
Provide other special project support as directed by the Division Director, Deputy Director, and Branch Chiefs.

Qualifications
To qualify, you MUST meet all program and qualification requirements by the closing date of the announcement. Candidates that are graduating by June 15, 2024 and qualify on the basis of their education will be given consideration. Human Resource will be required to confirm program and qualification requirements as listed in this announcement during the onboarding process and prior to establishing a start date.
To be eligible, applicants must meet one of the following requirements;
Completed all requirements for an associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational, or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution within the previous two (2) years. OR
Individuals who, due to military service obligation, were precluded from applying to the Recent Graduates Program during any portion of the 2-year eligibility period described above shall have a full 2-year period of eligibility upon release or discharge from active duty. This eligibility period cannot extend more than 6 years from the date on which the requirements for the academic course of study were met.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE AT THE GS-9 GRADE LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-7 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:
Performing or assisting with entering, interpreting, and analyzing data, identifying customer or business needs, or classifying complaints, records, or other documents.
Assisting with generating reports or presenting data information used by management to make recommendations or to improve program effectiveness.
Communicating orally and in writing to effectively relay information and resolve issues as related to customer service.
Knowledge of, or experience with, a customer focused project management approach, such as Agile, that prioritizes collaboration and continuous improvement. Familiarity with project management software or participation in cycles of planning, execution and evaluation is a plus.

EDUCATION GS-9: Master's or equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, business, statistics, measurement and evaluation, or program design,

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related

COMBINATION OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE AT THE GS-09 GRADE LEVEL: Applicants may have combinations of successfully completed education and specialized experience to meet total qualification requirements. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level.
