Duties

You will develop narrative reports and charts to communicate program direction or status You will prepare, maintains, or distributes various office records and files for students. You will use online student management systems (e.g., Corporate Enterprise Training and Administration Resources System [CETARS])

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ???????1)Utilize database and spreadsheet software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office software); 2) Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature; 3) Utilize training database systems such as Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), and Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS); 4) Evaluate and provide comprehensive guidance to command personnel on Navy program practices, policies, and procedures as Command Evaluator. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
