You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the BFM INTEL SURV & RECON NIWC PACIFIC SAN DIEGO of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

Duties

You will provide advice and guidance on the usage of budgets based on financial regulations and policy. You will run and analyze Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and other financial data to monitor and ensure financial resources are used in accordance with budgetary authority through all life cycle phases. You will participate in business and financial reviews measuring performance against plans, objectives, resources and expenditures and makes recommendations based on analysis and evaluations of financial data. You will support strategic plans, policies, organizational initiatives and administrative tasking to support Department and Division goals. You will assess effectiveness and efficiencies of organization; implement business and financial policies and procedures in development, coordination and management of Sponsor and Center data calls. You will carry out assigned supervisory duties; establish performance objectives in accordance with STRL principles and guidelines; establish and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) You will apply EEO principles and requirements to all personnel management actions and decisions; effect and implement equal employment opportunity (EEO) policies.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing advice and guidance concerning the usage of budgets; monitoring and ensuring financial resources are used in accordance with budgetary authority; provide oversight and leadership to ensure Command best practices, processes and tools are implemented and consolidates financial requirements and reports for high level presentations.
