This position is located in the Facilities Planning and Projects (NWM) organization of Workplace Services (NW), Chief Administrative Office (N), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
As Management and Program Analyst you will manage facilities planning and asset management activities throughout the BPA service area by serving as senior analyst and database manager responsible for executing program management, financial analysis and all asset management information aspects.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Specialized experience for this position is defined as: 1) Administering planning and asset management activities throughout an organization by analyzing capital and expense reimbursable programs, and contract support activities; (2) generating, analyzing, reporting, and performing data remediation for performance and resource metrics for planning and asset management programs to include establishing, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators; (3) planning organizational programs, budgets, and projects to measure and predict the attainment of organizational goals and objectives.
