Perform a wide variety of administrative and support type duties in such areas as administration, budget, payroll processing, contract support, purchasing, record and file management, property accountability, travel, and reports.
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
Skilled in producing and updating a wide range of documents that may include complex formats.
Ability to manage, organize, direct, control, and review the work activities of an office.
Must be able to track and analyze data in order to provide solutions to problems.
Effective in communicating both orally and in writing with a diversified level of personnel.
Working knowledge of the clinic requirements.
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Qualifications

You may qualify based on your experience as described below:
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-05 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Review, analyze, and evaluate various office administrative functions; provide administrative and support type duties including budget, payroll, travel and files management; Coordinate activities for section functions; Receive calls and screen visitors to ensure appropriate communication; Maintain office equipment; Complete recurring assignments independently without specific instruction.

Physical Requirements: Work is sedentary and requires prolonged concentration and visual focusing on computer screen. Incumbent's work may be subject to stressful situations due to the complexity of knowledge required and ability to handle related functions/tasks simultaneously.
