Duties
This position serves as an Auxiliary Affairs Assistant and responsible for administrative processes data systems entries, and carrying out administrative support for the Auxiliary Program in the CG District Nine. Being a CG civilian makes you a valuable member of the CG team. Typical work assignments include:

- This position may require a one year probationary period.
- This position requires a Secret clearance.
- The position requires a valid state driver's license.
Qualifications
At the GS-07 level: Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Specialized experience includes: Responding to requests from the general public for information; explaining technical matters in understandable, non-technical terms; finding efficient ways to perform routine office tasks and processes; utilizing advanced office automation software functions (e.g., macros, pivot tables) to update or revise existing spreadsheets; and resolving problems.National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
