You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the AVIONICS/WEAPONS INTEGRATION ENGINEERING DIVISION, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will provide technical direction to requesting offices on methods, processes, and actions that will ensure information disclosed is consistent with NAVAIR, Navy, DoD and National Disclosure policies.
You will conduct foreign disclosure training to civilian, military, and contractor personnel.
You will assist with planning foreign visit requests (FVRs), Operations and Exercises for China Lake, Point Mugu and contractor facilities, as needed.
You will provide guidance for control and protection of classified and sensitive unclassified material/information during visits and subsequent contacts with foreign nationals and commercial representatives.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Counseling, advising and making recommendations to management and contractor personnel on policy, procedures, and interpretation of regulations covering visits of foreign representatives to government or commercial facilities; 2) Coordinating foreign disclosure requests and to facilitate a complete and timely response to foreign disclosure actions; 3) Guiding command personnel in the preparation of Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Board (TTSARB) documentation and requests for Exception to National Disclosure Policy (ENDP); 3) Developing CONOPS and/or Technology Control Plans, covering all aspects of security disciplines for Flight demonstration/Training Events with foreign participants.
