About the Position: This position is a Supervisory General Supply Specialist at Gutherie Army Health Clinic, Fort Drum, New York.

Duties

Manage a large budget to meet supply requirements. Coordinate with healthcare providers to find quality, cost efficient products. Analyze financial reports to determine performance trends. Establish policies to accurately account for medical and non-medical equipment and property. Develop statistical and narrative data to help establish annual budget needs. Interview candidates for subordinate vacant positions. Assign workload to subordinates employees. Resolve complaints and/ or grievances by counseling employees. Develop performance standards in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • This position may require 10% travel around or away from duty station.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450.
  • This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is, therefore, subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations.
