Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-13 level defined as leading electronic discovery support and assisting with strategic and legal aspects for a variety of matters, such as FOIA, litigation, and internal investigations; building teams through strong relationship-building, problem solving and conflict management; analyzing organization’s goals and objectives to identify areas for improvement and executing strategic priorities to achieve change; and engaging in effective stakeholder management by understanding their requirements and expectations, building trust, and developing communication strategies to effectively collaborate with them.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)
Skill in written communications to prepare presentations, systems documentation, and reports
Skill in leading people or teams of people
Ability to address employee concerns by providing accurate information to reduce conflict or concern within workplace
Skill in oral communications to represent the organization on intra-agency or inter-agency workgroups or committees involving systems administration issues or changes
Knowledge of eDiscovery review and collection applications
Knowledge of information governance principles
