This position is located in Office of Administration, Acquisition Management Division, Acquisition Data & Systems TeamThe supervisor is Nicole Stevenson  This position is Non Bargaining Unit This position IS subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure reporting requirements. This position IS not subject to security ownership restriction reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will perform the full range of Team Leader duties.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:1.  Demonstrated ability to manage information technology (IT) projects and/or IT systems operations and provide oversight and guidance to team members on varied roles and responsibilities related to the management of assigned projects and/or systems. Demonstrated knowledge of NRC systems, policies, procedures, and IT interfaces is preferable. 2.  Ability to lead and monitor the activities of technical professionals. 3.  Demonstrated ability to communicate information, ideas and advice in a clear, concise, and logical manner, both orally and in writing. 4.  Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with individuals at all levels, including managers and supervisors,  coworkers and staff personnel of other offices. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality programs, services, and activities; the ability to manage and provide oversight for staff, while simultaneously managing complex, high-visibility projects and deliverables.
