You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Spectrum Warfare Department, Avionics/Weapons Integration Eingineering Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will review Work Assignment Agreements (WAA) for acceptance of Requirements, Detailed Tasks, Deliverables and Reporting Requirements.
You will perform monthly review of financial reporting for accuracy and monitor the execution of funding.
You will develop and maintain UxS IMS, to include multiple projects data, tasking, resource allocation, milestone completion, and project deliverables.
You will review project plans to ensure delivery dates are feasible, and that personnel resources are available and assigned.
You will communicate with sponsors to maintain alignment of program objectives, resource requirements, financial performance, and scope changes, if necessary.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band DA-04 in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: 1) Resolving organizational Information Technology (IT) tools and services to meet sponsors requirements, accelerate delivery of capabilities, improve readiness and security posture, and streamline day to day management processes; 2) Identifying personnel resource needs, classifying the skills and qualifications needed, and clearly communicating the role and responsibilities to the competency hiring managers and/or contract hiring managers; 3) Coordinating with program/project leads across NAWCWD to fill part-time or temporary personnel requirements, as necessary; 4) Performing quarterly reviews of IMS with Functional Leads, to validate and/or realign resources and tasking as necessary. Contribute and participate in quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR) for Program sponsors.
