About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove and is approximately 60 miles north of the capital city of Austin, 50 miles south of Waco, 160 miles south of Dallas, and 150 miles north of San Antonio. Duties

Attends meetings, prepares, and presents briefings concerning issues associated with operational matters for Plans, Training and Operations. Serves as action officer for initiatives requiring coordination of Operations Branch activities. Responsible for the coordination of a variety of training and operations support activities to include facilities support. Primary action officer for operational staff actions as directed by the NFH Mobilization Chief. Represents the NFH Mobilization briefings and conferences involving operational issues as directed.

• Incumbent may be required to travel by military, commercial aircraft or motor vehicle on temporary duty.
