The Supervisory Information Technology Project Manager (PLCYPLN) performs the full range of project and program management activities from concept and exploration, and continues through development, production, and completion of initial fielding of system/equipment items, and life cycle management and support across a group of inter-related projects/programs.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience providing direction, planning, policy standards and procedures to manage teams to execute application development projects using software development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and System Development Life Cycles (SDLC) throughout the full project lifecycle to include risk management, configuration management, scheduling, reporting, and performance measurements.
Experience with leading and/or supervision of teams to administer to identify and lead IT modernization efforts using project management principles, processes, and guidelines within a department or agency to meet organizational requirements.
Experience administrative and technical supervision in managing cost-models (based on aggregated business requirements) to monitor and establish project budgeting and forecasting in a technology organization.
In addition to meeting the above described specialized experience requirements, your IT experience will be evaluated and be expected to include described experience in the following competencies:

Problem Solving: Identifying problems; determining accuracy and relevance of information; using sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and making recommendations based on technical requirements.
