This position is placed in the Security Programs Directorate within the Security Operations Office.
Duties
As a Security Specialist you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Interpreting DoD regulations, policies, manuals and operating instructions for the Industrial Security Program.
- Originating, drafting, reviewing, and revising Contract Security Classification Guidance and Specifications
-Partnering with other Directorates and Organizations Providing excellent communication and collaboration in support of the Mission.
-Maintaining various systems of records and databases with accuracy and efficiency.

Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: interpreting DoD regulations, manuals, and Operating Instructions for the Industrial Security Program: Originating, drafting, reviewing, and revising DD Form 254s; Ensuring compliance with Industrial Security Policy;Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
