You will serve as a SECRETARY (OFFICE AUTOMATION) in the Visual Communications Department of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
Duties
You will maintain a record of travel expenses and projects future travel funding requirements to use in quarterly travel budget.
You will manage timekeeping, updating, and correcting time and attendance information for the Division.
You will receive telephone calls, greets visitors/customers, and ascertains the nature of the calls or visitors.
You will serve as the Primary Purchase Card Holder, and order supplies for use in the production of work assigned.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receives calls, greets visitors, and responds to routine request for information; 2) Utilizes computer software programs to prepare and proofread correspondence, forms or reports for required information and format; and 3) Makes travel arrangements for domestic and/or international (e.g., schedule transportation, make reservations for lodging, prepare travel orders) in accordance with travel regulations.
