You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the COLLEGE OF MARITIME AND OPERATIONAL WARFARE, of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
Duties
You will review correspondence produced by others for adherence to organizational policies.
You will maintain a record of travel expenses and projects future travel funding requirements to use in quarterly travel budget.
You will answer routine questions to ensure flow of office operations.
Requirements

Qualifications
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a variety of office automation software, practices, and/or procedures to provide a substantial range of office automation support; 2) Preparing recurring and nonrecurring personal and executive correspondence, reports, and other documents from information obtained from the staff, files and/or other sources; 3) Managing executive staff daily calendars; and 4) Preparing travel vouchers and authorizations in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
