Duties
You will perform contract management/COR duties to ensure contract compliance across all annexes, conduct on-site inspections or reviews to evaluate contractor performance.
You will monitor contractor performance (e.g., ability to deliver products, services, and systems to contract schedule and within cost) to ensure quality of work.
You will inspect contractor operations to ensure compliance (e.g., applicable Naval Standards, safety requirements, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan [QASP]).
You will analyze contractor's work to identify and recommend corrective action to avoid possible issues (e.g., delays, claims, inefficient performance.
You will serve as primary point of contact, liaison, and negotiator between command, customers, and other government agencies to ensure execution of projects.
You will oversee business plan for maintenance command by ensuring all policies, directives, guidance, human capital plans, budget, schedule, and facility plans are followed.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
