You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the Navy Operational Supply Center of NRC RICHARDSON.
Duties
You will provides direct and indirect supply support, performs logistical, inventory and accounting services for various activities and personnel.
You will perform all Card Holder duties associated with the Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC).
You will coordinate with command departments to create annual budget submissions, mid-year review, data calls, ensures Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) compliancy and maintains memorandum accounting records and files.
Requirements

- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires Drill weekends work.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current driver's license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Work requires the employee to successfully complete a two-week Supply and Fiscal Management course within six months of employment. This requirement may be waived by the unit's Commanding Officer.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in managing all supply functions, logistics, procurement, receiving, stowing and inventory.
Experience in supply systems management, procurement policies and procedures.
Experience with purchase card program management and execution.
Experience with supply management computer systems.
Experience in generating reports, and maintaining supply system integrity.
