About the Position: Serve as a Program Analyst for Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), Exercise Training Integration Cell located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This is a TERM NTE 13 Months position.

Duties

Determine potential impacts on joint medical functions, organizations, and force structure as the capabilities relate to modernization, training, and readiness. Coordinating staff and material requirements during planning for training events to include knowledge of and ability to oversee the MEDCoE exercise planning processes. Articulate and negotiate future training program requirements with combat and material developers and HQDA for TOE/MTOE approval and training support for directed missions for the Command. Design, ability to plan, schedule and develop new or modified work methods/approaches carried out with a high degree of professional independence and technical authority.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 35% of the time.
