This position is located under the Office of Human Resources and Professional Development, ATF National Academy, Arson & Explosives Branch in Glynco, Georgia.

Qualifications

GS-13 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Provides technical advice, guidance, recommendations and classroom instruction to academy trainees as well as to agency management and other senior agents, officers, or inspectors; AND Research developments in the Arson and Explosives (A&E) industries and maintaining professional contacts with members of the A&E industry and counterparts in the military and other law enforcement agencies to remain abreast of developments within the A&E fields. Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
