This position is located under the Office of Field Operations, Tampa Field Division, Tampa IV (CGIC) in Tampa, Florida.

Qualifications

To qualify for 14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS13. Additional Conditions of Employment: GS-14 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Providing leadership and guidance to the field intelligence groups and directing and/or coordinating assigned special studies or projects of which may cross functional lines and may involve other government agencies or the industry. Extracting, compiling and analyzing factual information to be used for conducting intelligence research in support of investigative operations. The Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
