Monitors operations of the facility and staff, normally during the absence of the manager within Food & Beverage NAS Lemoore.
Duties
Ability to provide work direction to other employees
Ability to use computers and knowledge of various software programs
Maintains and enforces security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment and property in accordance with directives and regulations.
Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer issues.
Responsible for the issue, receipt, and control of cash.
Perform Other Duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must pass all applicable records and background check.
- Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
- Must be 21 years of age
- As a condition of employment participation in direct deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer upon employment is required.

A minimum of one-year experience, which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, business operations, or equivalent leadership experience.
Familiarity with a sales operation.
Must be able to pass a health screening for food handling.
Possess a fine sense of public and customer relations.
Skill to communicate effectively and the tact to deal capably and diplomatically with superiors, peers, subordinates and customers.
Ability to account for materials and equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
Education
